ZLP s.r.o. produces a wide assortment of packs made of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE) foils. Packing can be printed on by flexo printing machines or with silk screen printing.
Packing can be adapted for hand wrapping or packing on automatic lines.
- Sacks for food wrapping
These are sacks for the packing of bakery and pastery products, packing of fruit and vegetables and other food products. The sacks are supplied as well loosely laid (mainly for hand packing) or they are adapted for packing on automated machines (placed on a special wire, on a roll with a tear-off perforation line).
For food packing it is possible to use mono-oriented polypropylene (PP) foil ensuring slight air permeability directed outwardly, but impenetrable inwardls. This property enables the packed product to breathe, which prolongs its duracy.
For packing fruits and vegetables polyethylene foils with various macro-perforation grid finishes are mainly used.
- Bags for textile packing
On average, bags are produced with a flop, which is eqipped with a sticky tape for simple and fast sealing. Bags can have a cut out ventilation hole, so that the air can escape during packing. Recently, bags completed with a hanger are in a great demand.
Polypropylene (PP) material is mainly used, particularly for its high clearness and optical stability.
- Sacks for CD and newspaper wrapping
Sacks are produced with a flop, which is fitted with a sticky tape for simple and fast sealing. Polypropylene (PP) material is mainly used, particularly for its high clearness and optical stability.
- Bags and sacks for industrial use
These are mainly thick-sided sacks of large dimensions.
The material used is mainly polyethylene (PE).
- Carrier bags
Standardly, we produce bags from polyethylene with or without printing, with adjustments for silk screen printing. Patch handle bags and bags with a folded bottom are also available.
A carrier bag with printing is the cheapest way of advertising your company and products!
- Foils
These are cast PP, LDPE and HDPE foils designed for confection processing, printing or wrapping products on packing machines.

ZLP s.r.o. is ready to offer you its services also in this area of sales support. A graphic designer will prepare a graphic design of the printing on the basis of your requirements and ideas. After the approval of the final appearance of the print design, printing blocks will be made. For printing on foil we use modern flexo printing machines with the option of using up to eight colours.
